Valuation
We support property insurance claims with meticulous assessment of contents. On behalf of insurers and adjusters, we inspect affected contents and research supportable replacement-cost values using trusted Canadian retailers and local vendors. We can work from an existing Schedule of Loss when provided, and we verify details and fill gaps as needed to produce defensible replacement-cost values.
Inventory / On-Site Support
We work with policyholders as part of the claim process to complete Schedules of Loss and rebuild total-loss lists using interviews, photos, and available records. Where required and accessible, we inspect the loss location to log contents details. On-site inventory support is available in select regions.
